Used Alex as a local based plumber to fix an issue with the taps. Very efficient. Our boiler was v old and basically about to go bust. Previously used British Gas, who were useless - signed off the boiler without even looking at it, whereas Alex was fully and transparent, came originally and realised it was a much larger job, didn't charge came back and spent hours fully fixing and repairing. Our boiler suddenly stopped working on a freezing morning. I contacted UK Gas Engineer Ltd  and they had an engineer out the same day. He quickly found the fault explained everything in simple terms and had the heating back on within the hour. Fantastic service.
