Our boiler suddenly stopped working on a freezing morning. I contacted UK Gas Engineer Ltd and they had an engineer out the same day. He quickly found the fault explained everything in simple terms and had the heating back on within the hour. Fantastic service.

Came home from on holiday on 03/01/26 to the boiler not working - not heating or hot water - on one the coldest days of the winter. Was calling round desperately to find emergency plumber at 8pm on a Saturday. Despite calling multiple plumbers, none could come until the Monday...Then there was Alex! He came round on that Saturday night, found the problem and made a plan to replace the broken part. He was AMAZING! He was upfront about costs, timings, issues and part sourcing. Within 72 hours (part sourcing and error code issues that, were unrelated to Alex, were an issue) We had our boiler back working. Very grateful to Alex, who was so in demand and worked like trooper, would 100% recommend him
