Was calling round desperately to find emergency plumber at 8pm on a Saturday. Despite calling multiple plumbers, none could come until the Monday...Then there was Alex! He came round on that Saturday night, found the problem and made a plan to replace the broken part. He was AMAZING! He was upfront about costs, timings, issues and part sourcing. Within 72 hours (part sourcing and error code issues that, were unrelated to Alex, were an issue) We had our boiler back working.
